Ok so only two duties left as a team owner in this tournament. I want everyone to rank the other 7 teams in this league from 1-7. Do not rank your own team. Please no one get upset, someone has to be seeded last and no one should take the seeding personally.

The other duty is to make your team description. This is what I will paste on the tournament threads and is your way to describe your teams philosophy and talent. You can check out the Chiefs for examples of how they did it.

You by no means have to do it exactly like they did but you have to do something. I intend on putting a line next to each player and then summerizing my game plan in a paragraph or two below.

Everyone can post their's on this thread, and I will copy and paste them once the tourney starts. The tourney will start whenever these two tasks are completed by all 8 teams.

The rules for the tourney are:

1. Team owners cannot vote!!

2. Team owners are to remain anonymous to the voters.

3. Screen names who have not been active for the two weeks prior to today will not be allowed to vote. This is to prevent owners from brining old screen names back to life to vote for themselves, something several team owners have expressed concern about.

4. Do not PM people asking them to vote for your team!!! We have spies set through out the boards to alert of us if this happens, lets all play fair please!
